Air Conditioning Installation Service Dorset/Hampshire – Ground Floor

Standard ground floor air conditioning installation, subject to an on-site survey, for properties within 80 miles of our office.

• Outdoor unit installed on the outside wall at a maximum height of 1m, with brackets or anti-vibration supports as required; location must be accessible by commercial ladders and the wall able to bear the condenser weight
• Indoor unit mounted on the inside of an external wall within 4m of the external unit
• Up to 4m of copper refrigerant pipework through one standard brick cavity wall, with insulating foam jacket
• Gravity drain from the indoor unit to ground level externally, and external unit drain up to 3m
• Up to 5m of interconnecting electrical wiring secured to the pipework
• Holes sealed with foam filler or Neoprene putty
• Commissioning on a 13A, 20A or 32A supply, with demonstration of the system

Connection to the mains supply is not included; 20A or 32A connections must be carried out by your own electrician. Without an adjacent supply, commissioning will use an extension lead or temporary supply; a spur or socket can be fitted at small additional cost.

External tower hire, travel beyond 80 miles, parking and congestion charges, above-ground-floor access (e.g. scaffolding) and condensate pumps are charged extra. You must obtain any necessary council and landlord permissions. Our engineers are fully qualified with refrigerant gas safe handling certificates.

However, these organisations are only given the information they need to verify and authorise your payment for us to process your order. These organisations are also under a strict obligation and code of practice to keep your information private and confidential. We do not store credit/debit card information nor do we share customer’s details with any third parties other than those we use to fulfil our service to you.
Please allow additional 3-5 days delivery for fund clearance if paying by cheque.
